Limited account (transfer funds)

I have a friend who is still underage, and did not realize that you are not allowed to open a PayPal account as a minor. I wanted to know if there is a way to have their funds transferred from their limited account into mine.

Paypal do allow funds to be transfered to a parent or guardian occasionally but they would have to contact customer services and ask.
