I have contacted paypal on numerous occasions to let them know the card details they are asking for is no longer in use. I have verified my new card and they have deducted 1.50 from my account each time I have tried. I can not remember the information I gave them when I joined. I would like to remove my account and set up a new account.

I would advise contacting us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter, as this is only something we'd be able to resolve by taking a deeper look into the account and finding a resolution.
