Limitations

When I try to transfer money to my bank account is say I have a limit limitation and click here to lift limitation.  Then I follow the steps and it says it has been completed but I still can not transfer money to my bank account.  What am I missing?  Thank you in advance!

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
