Limitation on my account and no communication

My account has limitations imposed and I can't access my money. I am no longer a Ltd company but a sole trader and this has caused the confusion. I phoned PP and was told that someone would be in touch over a week ago, I have yet to hear anything.
PayPal has over £500 held and won't allow me currently to access these funds. What do I do? Thanks in advance for any advice. Naomi
