Latest payment receive but earlier payment not received

Hello,

Recently I placed two withdrawal requests from Paypal to my Bank account on 7th September and 13th September. I received the 13th September amount but not received the 7th September amount.

Sometimes it takes 24 hours but sometimes it takes more than 12 days. I am very much confused amount the transaction timing.

Allow 14 days to see if it bounces back to your balance or completes and if no sign contact customer services to start a trace?
