Hi, I'm currently in an emergency situation and have been taking PayPal.me donations. I requested the withdrawal of £500 of said donations to my bank account three days ago, being a large sum it took the full three days to process, understandably, but immediately after it showed up in my account, there is a £491.85 DD in the name PAYPAL PAYMENT. I don't understand what has happened, and can't even find the right place to report it. Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks.
