HI! I'M TRAYIING TO LINK MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ADRESS DOES NOT MATCH BECAUSE ITS A INTERNATIONAL ADRESS AND PAYPAL DOES NOT LET ME INTRODUCE ANY OTHER ADRESS WITHIN THE USA, HW CAN I DO?
Can only add US based bank accounts to US PayPal accounts. Sorry. No way around to linking the bank unless you open a PayPal account in the country where the billing address of the bank account is based because PayPal accounts are country specific and are not mobile in a sense where you can use the same account around with you globally. Each country has their own specific economic, banking, tax laws that effect the use of PayPal accounts.
