Hy there, i need help. so, i try to link the credit card but it's always go back and system ask me to link the cc again, so i cant send money. help me for solve this trouble. thankyou

@CACANELWAN Did you link this card to another PayPal account?

also if the billing address is incorrect you cant add that card That may be the issue.
