I don't know about Paypal and the way they handle things anymore from customer service out sousing to the Philippines to the money holds they take upon themselves to do ... what a rip off in all aspects.
If there is a 21 day hold on your payment, click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details, select an order status, then ask the other party to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.
Holds on funds depends on account tenure, sales history, and possible risk with your transactions.
couldn't agree more! ebay is getting worse and worse along with paypal. This new policy of holding your refund for a month is so they can make interest from your money. Should be illegal. They will regret it soon enough, blockChain will replace payPal and I'll be the first to bail from these crooks!
