Item that was delivered on the 3rd is still showing as undelivered by paypal and ebay

Paypal and ebay are showing that an item i sent hasn’t been delivered however on the royal mail app the tracking details show it was delivered on the 3rd and i still don’t have my money. when i click on the link for the tracking detail in the paypal app it completely disregards any letters that are in the tracking number. customer support have been useless and i don’t really know what to do. i’ve tried resubmitting the tracking info but nothing has worked so far. please let me know of anything that could help

Ask buyer/sender to “confirm receipt” to release funds (may not be available for some countries):

 1. Log on to PayPal account.

 2. Click Activity at the top of the page.

 3. Find and click the payment transaction.

 4. Click Confirm Receipt.

 5. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
