I am trying to transfer funds from my bank but keep having it blocked by the security system, but no message as to what the issue is. I've not been able to get a complete response from customer service yet. Anyone have a way to resolve this.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
