Hello! Somehow my Commerzbank bank account has been deleted and I am not able anymore to add it back. Has anyone experienced such issues? Thank you! Daniel
My apologies for the delay and thank you for joining the PayPal Community. There are a few different situations which could cause a bank account to be disabled in our system. Most often, we receive a notification from the bank itself that the account was reported as unauthorized or that it cannot process transactions. When our system receives these kinds of notifications, it will disable the bank account from being used. Sometimes these notifications can be sent in error by the bank, and our customer service will need to investigate in depth for you. I also faced the same issue with Commerzbank. I believe this is system level issue.
