Hello paypal community, this is Mahmoud. I sent 500 euro last week to my friend who is in USA and I live in Germany. I realized it takes 21 days to send and the funds release in the receiver's wallet. but three days after sending I received an paypal email saying that the receiver has accepted the payment so it was no more on pending on my page, but still it is on pending on my friend's page and hasn't received yet. Where's my funds and what could be the problem? Thank you for your time.
