Trying to withdraw funds to my registered bank account, as I have done many times before. Now it’s asking for my bank details to be set up. Then said there was an ‘issue’ with my account. How do I find out what the ‘issue’ is.??

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
