Issue with bank account linking

I dont know how to find my banking a count number online/ when they give money to me in small amounts it doesn't show up in my transaction history, also I receive money from donators and I really need this fixed so I can transfer the money to my account

Bit confused as buyers pay to your paypal email address and not your bank account !!
