I sent funds to my friend via PayPal. My friend attempted to send the funds to his debit card and bank account. Both gave an error message saying "There was a problem, try again later." Is this common? This is rent money I need to know if the funds will be available.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
