We are using the PayPal Payout option. As we processed payout almost all the time we are getting transaction status as PENDING. So what is status PENDING(I know about the Payment Review option), What are the cases in which we are going to get status PENDING, Is there a chances that PENDING status Payout going to fail, If yes why.
