My partner sold an item via Ebay and the funds are showing as on hold in his PayPal account. No probs here as it was his first sale. However the buyer has messaged saying there is a problem with his PayPal card details and payment may be declined? Obviously we do not want to post the item before knowing the funds are actually there! No further contact from buyer so far. Is there any way to find out if money is actually there or is there a chance it can be claimed back by the buyer/bank?
