Today (25/12/2018), I confirm my card and then it charges me EUR1.50 (about RM7.16) using my BigPay prepaid MasterCard. It says it will refund my money to my PayPal account once my prepaid debit MasterCard is confirmed after few days or 1 week (about 5-7 working days). Can I withdraw my money back to my prepaid debit MasterCard? If it is possible, is there any charge? I was thinking about it and wish to cash out once I get a refund or other case if I receive cash from selling something when someone pay using PayPal.
