International transaction (INR to EUR)

Hi,

I'd like to transfer money to my son, who is studying in Germany i.e INR to EUR. My bank does not appear as a method of payment when I try to proceed with the transaction. Can you please guide on how I can initiate an international transaction from India. I hold a personal account.
