Hi, There is this notification in the blog, viz., Note: We’re currently unable to allow personal payments to or from India. Why is that so? Can we expect any future arrangements for this?
Probably has to do with economics/business/gov regulation and the terms and conditions of doing business in India. Google it. It's not possible at the moment until PayPal reinstates it. No ETA.
