Hi! I currently overdrafted on my bank without noticing, pay pal charged my bank account twice for 35$ .. for just $3 which i did by accident. Are they able to help me? I really don't want to go through having to pay $70 for $3 :,/
When you pay someone its never instant, Paypal credit the seller and then start the process of getting the funds from your funding source ie bank account.
If its declined then you may get an overdraft fee or Paypal may try again OR use your back up funding source ie a card.
The responsibility of having enough funds to pay for your purchases is yours and no one else is responsible for your overdrawn fees.
