Instant withdrawals to bank account

I have been transferring money instantly to my bank account from paypal, and had no problem.
today I received £55.00 for selling some goods to my friend, and i just tried to take £10.00 from my paypal and withdraw it to my bank account and now SUDDENLY i have to wait 3-4 business days? 
I really need clarity on why i now have to wait 3-4 business days when previously I've been able to make instant withdrawals for the past two months.. 

maybe its because of the money i received? it was from family and friends, not service and goods.

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

its not on hold, it says pending. And again, as i mentioned its always been instant previously.. never 2-72 hours
