Instant Transfer using Visa Debit card NOT INSTANT

Hi,

I have an issue with the instant transfer system, IT DOESN'T WORK. This is the second time I tried to transfer some funds to my card using this NEW REVOLUTIONARY INSTANT SYSTEM FOR ONLY 1% and it works just like the FREE standard transfer system, 1-2 days. I received the transfer confirmation email from PayPal but my Bank says there is no transfer registered in their system. It takes up to 2 days for the funds to get into my account. That is not instant and I feel robbed of my 1%.
I would like to know if I am the only one who encountered this issue.

Here too.

You can't even choose the "standard" transfer now.

Pay-Pal automatically choose the "instant" transfer, which takes 1-2 days like standard, and charges more than standard.

Pay-Pal needs to fix this ASAP.
