Sir i had one paypal account that was deleted by me but now i created new account but when i tried to link my same bank account with my new account this message is appearing (Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.) So my question is if my account is deleted why this message is appearing. Please help me i have only one bank account

PayPal keeps track of bank accounts and cards added to accounts.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
