Hi can anyone help me. I tried to purchase on everglow cosmetics and their payment method goes directly to PayPal so I pay but it just go back to checkout again so I try again same thing happen I have no order confirmation and paypal payment confirmation but when I look at my checking account paypal charge me twice I contacted the website im trying to order and tell them that paypal took out money from my debit card twice but I have no confirmation on both my order and paypal payment they said they don't see any transactions and instructed me to deal with PayPal but PayPal doesn't even answer customer service I have no idea how to get back my money its $1000 too how frustrating
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
