I got a currency conversion rate of 1.35 nzd for 1 usd. When I checked online it shows that it is currently 1.40 nzd to usd and this has been the case for more than a month! What a scam! And when asking customer support they just sent me to the currency calculator and before I could respond close the conversation. Paypal states their currency conversion is up to date which is absolute BS, this is so illegal! What can I do to get the money I have a right to?
