I understand that you withdrew money to an inactive bank account.
When a withdrawal is made the bank still needs to accept this. If the bank denies the money it will be added back to the PayPal balance. If the bank accepts the withdrawal you would need to contact us so we can file a trace for you. If needed we can file a request with the bank to refund that money to us.
I would advise contacting us so we can review the withdrawal for you and help you resolve this.
