Money won't withdraw to my prepaid card

Contact the card issuer to see if they accept withdrawals. Not all cards do. Were you able to withdrawal to it before?

I've been using the card to withdraw for some weeks now.. It all stated three days ago...I tried reducing the amount I want to withdraw but it keeps saying " kindly contact the customer service for assistance "
