Inability to change Primary Currency

Hi,

I would like to ask if someone could help me out. I wanted to change my primary currency from PHP to USD but I can't seem to click the option (3 dots) in order to change it into my primary one. Am I doing something wrong? Please i need your help.

I'm sorry that you're unable to change your currency. If the three dot menu is not responding, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, restart the browser, and try again. You can also try another browser to see if it works in that one. If the issue persists after those steps, please contact PayPal customer service for further troubleshooting.
