I got a dude trying to force me to refund return shipping cost on an eBay item it was international and that is the policy I sent it back to him and apparently I'm somehow the seller and now PayPal keeps trying to refund him when I can show clear as day he already acknowledged it is back with him and I can't appeal and no one is bothering to look into the case properly I need help because I'm beyond sick of getting shady scam seller I didn't sell him anything I returned it
