I would like to change my paypal account from Bermuda to Canada.

i open this account from Bermuda. i didn't used it for very long time. But now i live in Canada Now i want to use paypal account so start using my old account which i was open from Bermuda. I was not aware we not are not able to use the old account to other country. i transfer some amount to my pay pal account and i trying to send to my canadian Bank account. but paypal is showing only US bank link to add US bank account. not Canadian bank account. so i open new paypal account from canada last week and i made email transfer to my new paypal account. for that paypal charged me $12.30 service fee. But now problem is my new paypal account also not allowing me to add Canadian Bank account. still its showing only US bank account page. Can some pls give me some ideal to resolve this issues and get the refund for that transaction which i made between my two account.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
