Hi everyone!This is my first day on PayPal and I have a small question.I tried to link a Revolut account several times with my PayPal but in vain.After i double checked the address, it worked.But Paypal charged me about 4$ in total for the unsuccessful attempts.Those authorization fees will be refunded?Thank you so much!
