I want to remove my credit card from the Account

So, I want to remove my card from my account but i have negative balance and my card isn't charged to pay the negative balance( a chargeback by PayPal [ NOT GOOD ] ) Can you remove my card or close my account? I don't want to wait 120 days to close it :///

You won't be able to do anything whilst you have a negative balance, best clear it first.
