I want to change my withdrawal currency

Hello everyone.

I've got balance in USD and when I try to withdraw money to my credit card - PayPal tries to convert it to my national currency (GEL in this case).

Can anyone please teach me how to make USD withdrawals go USD and not to convert in any other curreiencies?..
