Dear Sir!

i sent money to another paypal user but his account is not verified.So! He never collect money.I Want my money back to my paypal account.

His paypal account is not verified.so he did not collect money.

if it shows as unclaimed / pending then if it remains unclaimed / pending it will 'time out' at 30 days post payment.
