I've received now more than $10k and still money goes pending

Hi,

 

I received more than  $10k and I completed that Yesterday.

Today, I received new money and I found that this money goes on pending although I knew that if I exceed $10k, the money will no longer put on pending.

What should I do now?

Where did you get that idea that your payment won't pend after receiving/reaching $10k? Never heard of it. You may have gotten it mixed up with this rule for withdrawals on available balances:

 

5. Withdrawal Limits:

  1. Automatic transfers to your Visa credit card are limited to $10,000 USD (or equivalent) per transfer.
  2. Manual transfers to a Visa credit card are limited to $500 USD (or equivalent) per day.
  3. The daily limit of transfers to your Visa credit card (total of automatic and manual transfers) is $10,000 USD (or equivalent).

PayPal can put a 21 day funds availability hold on any payment regardless of account tenure, status, etc:

Sellers/recipients have to add tracking or update order status first to get money sooner:

 

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the original payment for the item.

 - Click Add Tracking Info.

 - Select an order status.

 

Then ask buyers/senders to “confirm receipt” to release funds:

 

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the original payment for the item.

 - Click Confirm Receipt.

 - Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

 

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.

 

If these options are not available, then you may have to wait up to 21 days for PayPal to release the funds to your available balance.

I'm sorry, one last question.

I'm able to see the option of add track info.

I contacted the sender and told him to confirm receipt, he told that he doesn't have this option.

 Does that mean if the sender is not qualified to do this, I have to wait 21 days?

I'm sorry for any confusion with PayPal's Funds Availability Policy (please see the information at the links @sharpiemarker provided), but any payment received is subject to being held. If the sender/buyer does not see an option to confirm receipt of the merchandise, then it's likely the funds from the payment will remain on hold the full 21 days.
