Hi , i bought a visa gift card , and i made a payment to someone using it here as my paypal card acc , but the other guy decline my payment , and since i use a gift card ,it wont go back since its a gift card , here my question what can i do or check if i have my money on my paypal acc , i saw the summery and it says returned...thanks , or did the money is lost for ever?
If the transaction is refunded, you will have to contact the issuing bank of the gift card to follow up on the funds. They may be able to issue you a new card or send you the money by check.
