I try to register my card but why it deducted 1$?

Hi I register my card in pay pal and I got deducted 1$ in my account twice

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I am sorry to hear that this has happened. When a card is added to our system, we request authorization from the card issuer. This can sometimes be shown as a $1 attempt. Typically, that amount is refunded back to you by your card issuer either immediately or within 24-72 hours. You can find more information about this process here. If you do not see it returned, you would want to reach out to your card issuer directly about this.
