I transferred funds to my G Cash account but I didn't receive the money

Is there someone who had the same problem as this?

I transferred my money to my Gcash account, and I didn't receive it.

Is there a way that I can do to cancel the transaction?

Hi @Czarina02, 

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your money transfer from PayPal to GCash.  Can you tell us when you initiated the money transfer?  Does it show as completed on your PayPal account?  Please let us know the community is here to help.

Hi Michelle, I have the same concern too. I transferred it October 16 at 12nn. I received an email from PayPal but I did not receive the money in my Gcash account.
