So i was instantly topping up my account wich i hadn't used in a while (with bancontact). Everything went smooth and my bank account got charged for 70 euros. After half an hour i still didn't receive my paypal balance so i started searching. Only to find out that my account was limited and that i can't receive any money, but my bank account still says -70 euros. Has anybody else ever had this problem? If so, how or did it get fixed? Did i just waste a lot of money or can i get it back somehow?
I tried contacting Paypal staff but after waiting 4hours on facebook and not being able to find any phone number and/or email adress I've allmost given up all hope.
