My nephews email address has been in my profile for years.
No new address or email changes.
No new linked bank accounts or credit cards.
It's just a very smart algorithm.
I called PP customer service to have the transaction expedited or manually reviewed. Nope. I asked if I can cancel the transaction. Nope. Can I speak to someone above your pay grade. Nope. I then asked what should I do? I was told just wait for the review should not be longer than 72 hours, and then we will let you know.

I'm sorry to hear that a payment that was sent is pending review. While most reviews take 72 hours, a review can exceed that time frame in some circumstances. I regret that you've had this experience.

File a complaint with the BBB like i have, they place the holds so they can profit off your money via interest.
