I removed my card from PayPal and now I can’t put it back on!

I need help... I removed my bank card from my PayPal account few weeks ago. Now I just can’t put it back on... It always tells “We can’t complete this right now.” I’ve tried this many times now and still doesn’t work, so I’m coming here for some support...

You can only link a card to a paypal account x3 times in that cards lifetime, if its been more than that then you may have to use another one.
