This is the 2nd time. I keep getting Verification failed even though the eCaptcha gives the green check. Then at the top it says Correct the highlighted errors. There is nothing highlighted??
I purchased from a co., as I explained in the title. They re-directed me to PP. I didn't see anything that upfront or clear how to use my balance. I might have missed it. But the order went through and I didn't get to apply this plus balance.
