I need to add tracking on a payment but i can’t find the option to add traking number

I was selling an ittem on ebay, after i received the paypal mail confirmation and they told me as I will need to add tracking number, i was trying to add but there are just 3 options: send a reminder, edit amount and don’t delete. Please help

Sorry but are the funds actually SHOWING in your paypal balance but pending?

If not i suspect a scam so can you confirm.

Yes is a scam
