I need help about pending transaction

My friend sent me money but it's on hold right now although we don't sell anything. At my side, the web said I should receive my money within 1 day of delivery, at my friend's side, it said Aug 13th, but it's almost 15th now. What should I do?

You don't have the friends/family option to receive payments in your country so all payments are received as for payments for goods/services and so subject to the new seller hold as per link below.
