SoI paid someone through paypal. I then opted to pay her over a local service instead (Ath movil, in Puerto Rico). So she gave me a refund through Paypal. Now the STUPID **bleep** **bleep** **bleep** AT PAYPAL HAVE MY MONEY ON HOLD. It's been over a month now, and they still have my money in the "Money In" section, instead of my Paypal balance.
What I read says it usually takes 21 days. It's been way more. Wtf?
I tried all the options in the help menu.
I don't have the option to make a ticket, since it's money I received, so Paypal wants me to check if the merchant can some something about it instead...
If anyone can provide an e-mail, a live chat or even better, a phone number, it would be a great help.
Obviously, I want them to release it into my account.
