Hello, I do NOT want to use PayPal cash account, and every time I open PayPal it is forcing me to sign up for it, I do not want it and now I cannot use my PayPal account for payments until I sign up for it. I will never sign up for a PayPal cash account. I have money waiting to be received for me. I do not want PayPal cash account, please remove it so I can continue with my purchases
When you click to claim or accept money you have, you have to option to withdraw to bank instead of setting up a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance account. If you do not set up a PayPal Cash balance account, you won't be able to park funds in PayPal balance or pay with PayPal balance. You must pay with your linked payment methods and must withdraw to bank every time you receive payments.
