I made a transfer and the money did not arrive

I made a bank transfer via Trustly, the money disappeared from my bank account, and I do not have it in my 'PayPal' wallet

Hi @Crispy2000,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the funds sent via Trustly have not yet arrived in your PayPal account. Typically the top up is very fast, but top ups may potentially be reviewed by Trustly, which can take up to 36 hours. Additionally, if the information that you entered does not match your PayPal account exactly, the transfer will fail.

 

If the information matches exactly but the funds have still not yet arrived in your PayPal account, please contact customer service for further assistance.
