Hi. I am trying to request a check from my account. I cannot connect a bank account to Pay Pal because I need the check to open a new bank account. I get a message that I need an address to go forward with the request for a check. I cannot open the link to do so on my computer, tablet, or phone. The link is inactive. I am not sure why I need to do this. My USA address is on My profile. It should be fine. My boss has also been trying to gain access to pay me for over a month. He can't gain access either. How do I fix this?
